RECTANGULAR MUFFLE FURNACE
Light Weight Ceramic Fiber wool insulation (instead of Brick Insulation). The outer casing is made of Double walled thick PCRC sheet reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel. The distinct feature of perforated sheet is that it prevents the temperature control unit from very high heat.
The weight & size of the furnace is of one quarter and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace.
Temperature is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicating
Controller (PID type) to work on 220 V AC.

Specially designed to meet the requirement for incubation of Bacteria to decompose organics matter in waster water. It is used for biology, Botany, Virology and Oceanoloraphy. Water pollution, sewage, agriculture, food and research departments also use it. In addition to this, it helps in preservation of vaccines. It provides a wide range of conditions for study of synthesizing organisms. Temperature ranges from 5 Deg C to 50 Deg C, is attainable within the cabinet to the study the growth of organisms under tropical or temperature and summer or winter conditions. Construction : |
|
BOD incubator is double walled cabinet with inner chamber anodized Aluminum sheet or stainless sheet 304 grade. Sealed heating elements are provided with the chamber, which is fabricated with various ribs to adjust removable shelves specially designed to any convenient height. Outer body is made of Mild steel sheet with attractive stove enamel paint. The gap between the two walls is filled with PUFF Insulation for achieving the better temperature in minimum possible time. Two air-circulating fans are provided for uniformity of temperature. It is specially designed with tough, calm and cool, sealed compressor that is placed below the chamber along-with evaporator coil and fan cooled condenser. Acrylic sheet provides full view of the inner working space-allowing inspection of samples with disturbing the operation. Outer metal door is provided with magnetic gasket illumination lamp switch, lock and key. The body is mounted on special sturdy double castors. |

Control panel is provided at the top of the cabinet with Electronic Digital Indicator Cum Controller with a controlling accuracy of +/- 0.5 Deg C or better (with dual temperature display). Voltage stabilizer also built in and Voltmeter is provided near the controller. |

Switch and set the desired temperature (between 5 Deg C to 50 Deg C) with the help of Digital temperature Controller cum Indicator.
